Hi all, I have a sewing stool the same as we had in high school way back when. The seat lifts off for storage. I find this comfy and get no sore backs from using.

Since my sewing table is higher than usual, I finally located a bar stool made of wood with a good sized seat, my husband cut the legs down to fit my sewing table and it is great. maybe looking out of the box helped me this time.,

Last month I bought a office chair from staples. I sat on many and finally found the right one that fit me. Not that expensive either. It was on sale. The old kitchen chair is now int basement. My back feels better now. A good chair is worth it.
