Computer virus on board?
#101
I have had no problems with QB but did encounter a serious warning about another site that apparently had been temporarily infected with some sort of malware. When I went back to it a day or so later apparently the problem had been corrected. My son had accessed that site without being warned of the problem and ended up sending bogus emails to everyone. I told him to update his virus protection!

Well,I got hacked!!!!!!!
What a problem that was. seems someone from Rumania was trying to get into my bank accounts. I had to have my computer completely cleaned out. then BA shut down for three days on on-line banking!!!!!!! So it does happen and what a mess it is!!!!!!! I had all the security updates ,etc and it still happened!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had a problem. BUT, I do computer technical support and we have had customers all this week and last having to reimage their machines because they picked up a nasty virus on a phone look up page. As a general rule it's best to have only one antivirus program as they they tend to see each other as viruses and slow you computer down while they fight each other.

I had trouble after visiting some links. Computer kept crashing. Then today I couldn't get online. Got message from virus scan that I'd received unstable add ons. Deleted everything and reloaded. Now it seems to be fine. Good luck.
