Connecting Threads Batiks
#15
i have gotten the batiks from them. I like them a lot. they seem to be thinner, but that could just be the thread thickness that they use in the fabric. I have gotten batiks from quilt shops that are really thick and not as soft. I would rather have softer ones that seem thinner than rougher ones that are supper thick feeling. I have gotten the fall and summer or fall and winter 5" charms. I liked them and I have also purchased yardage from them and really liked it. hope this helps.

I just received 2 of their batik FQ. They are so beautiful. Haven't used any yet bc I'm waiting to find a place to buy Retayne to set the colors first. Believe am going to have trouble making that first cut though.

Watch for the thread collections to go on sale, then stock up....with all the colors they offer, it is easy to match thread to fabric

My husband bought me a lovely pile of batiks for my birthday! I loved the colours and quality and he loved the price as they were at least a third less (even with exchange and shipping) than my LQS here in Canada

Iam waiting for the year end sale from Thousands of Bolts and one nut, that's when I buy alot to add to my stash. I have not gotten an email from them yet about their sale, but they usually have one close to the end of December.
