I received the newest Connecting Threads catalog and they have some great prices in there this time. www.connectingthreads.com.

I seem to remember discussions about the Fons and Porter Design Wall. Since it's on sale in this catalog, I was thinking of ordering it. Is it worth ordering and did anyone find it useful?

The other day there was a post about a gadget called the Satinedge Presser Foot. Someone asked if anyone had used it. I did put in an order after viewing it online and really was amazed that it does work and I'm the biggest klutz in the world.

Roberta in very dreary and cold Maine

I use two flannel-backed plastic table cloths. They are pinned to the wall with the flannel side out. Works great and it was very inexpensive.

I got mine in the mail yesterday, couldnt believe the prices! What awesome deals! I had to share the news with my sis, QweenBee. She called my this morning, was excited about the free shipping for orders over $50, and we decided to go in together on an order.
For my $25, I got 11 charm packs & a spool of thread! WOW! Where else can you get deals like that! I cant wait till it comes in!

You beat me to starting a thread on this!

I'm dying trying to figure out how to get all the charm packs I want out of here, since they are the cheapest and get a piece of each design.

The cover went far beyond just catching my eye. It's sitting right here by me. Gorgeous, gorgeous fabric selections and colors.

    Anyone ordering from here?

I love Connecting Threads- have been happy with orders and once when I had a problem they fixed it quickly! Nice to do business with.

Yes, I got the catalog yesterday and I'm making a mental list of what I need to order for myself...and some good gifts for my MIL, who also quilts.

My favorites are the Christmas prints with the knit designs. Since I love to knit, it's like combining two of my addictions. I may get one of the table topper kits.
