I love this company and can't say enough about them. They were doing the same thing as everyone else when I beca,me aware of them in the 1990s - selling the same stuff and competing with other online stores selling the same stuff.
THEN they stepped back, regrouped and restrategized and overhauled e-v-e-r-y-thing they did - came back with their own line of designers and fabrics (making quilting much more affordable to millions) - MADE IN AMERICA! - came back with a sparkling catalogue and just-as-sparkling website ... retaining their superb customer service practices LONG established when they first began.
I order charm square for them all the time for small projects and to give as Secret Santa/Secret Sister gifts, door prizes, and to precut into small quilt kits for myself when I need something fast to do for a gift.
I L-O-V-E Connecting Threads - going on 20 years' loyalty.
