I am glad to hear you got your issue resolved. I love CT, I buy all my thread from them and as much fabric as I can afford. I love the feel of their fabric and the price. I have ordered 2 kits from them and felt the fabric was generous.

I also love CT for their products as well as their customer service. Back during one of their thread sales, I purchased a bunch of colors, received them, check the invoice with the items only to find somehow a color that was similar to another had been switched. I called them and they didn't question me, just sent the correct color(s) and told me to keep their mistake. I like that idea for sure. I have all their cotton spool thread and I think even their polyester threads in the large spools. My machine loves their thread even though its linty. I try to keep at least 3 of the smaller spools of each color. I've purchased their fabrics and have never been disappointed. Its good to see some companies want to keep their customers happy in these days of trying times in making a buck.

I've never had a negative issue with them either. I have ordered several kits and ALWAYS have oodles of fabric.....generally quite a bit left over for string quilts.....It's a good company IMHO. I, personally, am not in love with their thread, but only because I have become enamored with Aurifil.....pricier but zero lint....and much thinner....helps me with that darn "scant quarter inch" thing......
