I think this is perfect for 9 Patch Pizzazz? Before I bought the book I Googled and looked at amazing pictures of what people have created with this pattern....it's easy peasie ~ fast and every quilt is so unique!

I'm making one right now for SIL as he is a firefighter and the fabric I'm using just needed a big block here and there to show the firefighter fabric and not be lost in smaller pieces...

I agree with putting the cats as
a center panel with multiple borders.
    Love the colors and cats.

I agree, that Attic Window pattern would be awesome. You could use your solid fabrics for the frames with a cat cut in the middle.

Maybe fussy cut around the cats and applique them on whatever quilt design you choose.

Great minds must think alike - that is exactly what I was going to say!

You already have a '"way" with log cabins, as evident in your avatar!

How about a churn dash block with fussy cutting the cats and using them in the center or any other block such as a star, any block that you would need a center block would work great.

This is what I was thinking. You could call it your "Cat House" quilt. Tee hee!

I wish I could help you out with a pattern, but I really love that fabric, nice colors. I love cats and have several pieces of cat fabric, but haven't been able to come up with a pattern. Some day I will get inspired and you may see the results on QB, until then I'll keep searching. I wish you luck in your quest.
