Cop Quilt Still Working It

Cop Quilt Still Working It
You can see the first 2 posts about Matthew's Cop Quilt at Virtual Quilting Weekend--Sept 2-5, 2022 and I have been working on it along the way. I began looking at more cop jobs for some reason and found a 'copter and speed boat under free coloring pages. I will be able to change both to the colors I like best for each item.
I've decided to make the backing a cop uniform dark navy blue, a boarder around each block in white and the back a sheriff tan. I'm also going to put 2 layers of 100% cotton batting to give each figure/object more puff like the old day quilts had so we were snuggly warm. I will be quilting around each figure/object and then do a tie-off of the quilt as I can tie it off on the hoop easier than quilting it. I do not have quilting frames nor a long arm machine.

I haven't checked out what you've added to your quilt so far but just as suggestions you might want to add a german shepherd, a horse and a bicycle as they also use them in areas where they can't drive their cars thru. I used to work with the Orlando P.D. so I can vouch for these items. Also what about their CST unit as they're also an important part of police work? Maybe a set of handcuffs for good measure too? Only suggestions.
