I agree with DH and like the yellow better, but scrappy would be good too or a diagonal / or \ pattern.

OK, I'm going to be different and say try to fine a dark green leaf material for the cornerstones.

I like the multi-scrappy ideas others mentioned. I would also see what a dark green or dark green leafy fabric would look like. I love your fabric. Did you fussy cut the flowers and then cut them in fourths and then resew them? I don't think I've see that done before.

I vote for the pink if you use the two you show in the picture, but I might add green and red and go scrappy.

I'm swimming upstream I guess...I like the yellow. It's just enough brighter and lighter. The pink is pretty, too, but the yellow gives the eye someplace to rest while taking in all the beautiful florals. I'm sure it will be lovely either way. Send pics when completed, please. Good luck.

how about framing one color all around each sashing perimeter? so you would be down to one or possibly 4 sashing squares in the middle of one color. I might add another design element to make movement in the quilt.

I like the pink cornerstones. I just quilted a posy patch last night. Have only finished the posey squares, now to finish the sashing and cornerstones. I love the vibrant colors in yours. You should show a picture of your focus fabric.

I totally agree with ManiacQuilter2. If forced to choose only 1 , I too would pick the pink.
