Best to just call the shop you are considering and ask what they charge. Seems they all charge different amounts. I have one that the basic, clean oil, tune up starts at $40, if issues are found you get a call.

I've been taking my vintage machines to the Singer Factory Distribution store in Chicago. The service bill when I picked up my Singer 201K yesterday was $109. That included a complete tune, rewiring the motor and foot controller, replacing the light assembly, new LED bulb, new belt, cleaning/oiling, and adjusting the timing, and rebuilding the tension assembly. I've been taking my vintage machines here for a while. Their service is fantastic with a 6 month warranty on all work done. The machines sew like brand new after this.

Our local shop charges $70 for a full service on any brand, computerized or mechanical. That usually includes everything but parts. If it needs a part, we'll call.
If someone brings in a machine that's less than $100 brand new, we try to fix it on the spot and not charge anything. Usually it's just a needle in backwards or the wrong bobbin, or tension adjustment -- something simple. Usually they're less experienced sew-ers on their first sewing machine.
