The projects they showed at the Quilt show werent stiff at all that I can remember. It was really confusing because she never explained how the center strip was attached. Is there somewhere on this board that explains it? My friend bought the dvd, maybe she can learn it. I love doing the QAYG because it so much easier to handle than a large quilt.

I'm behind on all the posting of Cottin Theory, I notice no one has mentioned the layering of the seams. This would reduce both the bulk and the stiffness of the quilt. Tinker
