    Bettyjo,
You said you found a Bernina machine on craig's list. Congrats on your purchase. I have a Bernina 185 which is about 8-9 yrs. old and it is a real workhorse. What model did you buy?

I furnished my house from CL. Some great deals some horrible ones. I noticed as I live in a bigger metro area there are better deals then in the little town areas.. less to chose from and less bargaining. An hour? four hours to go get something? the machine sounds like a real find. Our truck gets 17 mpg so no driving for a deal.. I always have to factor in the gas to see if its still a deal. No whining allowed all day for you winner of the CL lotto!

No software, it does have 3 fonts & 60 designs. It can use the Brother cards and another kind (I have it written down at home). I can get a reader & download the free stuff onto a card. For now I just want a card with a lot of fonts. It's nothing real fancy but it does what I want it to.
