    Why arn't you using the Frixion? I have used, froze and ironed with mine and have had none of it reappear.
    I have read good reports on the FriXion gel pens. I have bought a 3 pack, but have not tried them yet!

    I've never soaked them out, but they are all I use (besides chalk) to mark my quilts. I just run them thru the washer when I'm done and everything has come out so far. Good luck. I also test everything first before I use it on my quilts.
