    Wow, the black really makes your work pop. I avoided black in quilts for a long time, and finally realized how nice it can be.

    What size were your scrapes and did you use a backing to sew them to :?:

    The scraps were whatever---some big, some small. Whatever I happened to grab. Yes, I cut up an old sheet into about a 13" sq. After it was filled with scraps, I squared it up to a 12 1/2" sq. The fancy stitches were done before and some after the squaring. Hope this helps.

    Great job!! Love scrappy, unfortunately I can't usually pull them together so beautifully, mine usually end up looking scrappy without the "S" ROFL!!! You did awesome!!
