I just made one of these last month for my niece. They are made of flannel. Some better quality than others. Some I had were even a poly blend that melted when I ironed them. Gold thread also melts so cut that off. Wash them first as they do bleed. Crown design is not in the same spot on them either. Make sure you have more than you need for your design as you will have some that are not usable. Here is the design I chose.

This is the one I just made. Very time consuming prepping the bags. The threads will melt so they need to be cut away. Easy to sew. Make sure you wash dry and iron before starting your project. The bags are not out of the same fabric but still turned out ok.
