Agree- A recent little blunder at KQ found me receiving the wrong item (right description, wrong pic on website), so I called CS who said they'd credit me the price of the item (or exchange for the other item- either one was ok for me) AND credit my return postage (which was small, but still)...and to just make notation on the return slip of these facts, and the two reps involved.
I ended up with the price of the item refunded, not my return postage, and no exchange. While I'm glad they at least refunded the purchase price, had they had the right picture to begin with, I wouldn't have had to send anything back...

Yep, it's the little things. As big as they are, they could have gone the extra mile like you experienced. (Heck, it's not even a whole mile!)

I think they are wonderful to work with. Their customer service is awesome, they always go above and beyond for you. I also had an issue with an order paid thru paypal, she told me there was some kind of glitch on the day I placed my order, and sent out my order the same day. I check their daily specials every day, they have great deals.

I placed an order with MSQC and later I placed two more separate orders with them. Then I called them and asked if they could combine them into one order and just charge me $5 for shipping it all and the gal asked me to stay on the phone a minute and she came back and said 'yes' she had it all taken care of and I did receive one package with my 3 orders in it. Saved me $10! I've done the same thing since then and called and they've been very understanding. I seem to always find more items after I pay for my initial purchase.

Couldn't agree more. I would have expected them to treat exactly the way they did! Wonderful store and wonderful employees.

What a great story! We need more stores that offer this kind of CS.

I'm so glad to hear MSQC is as good at customer service as they are on their tutorials. It's good to do business with "good people."

I prefer paying with a credit card and don't really understand PayPal. I guess that's why I don't buy as much as I'd like. Guess that saves me money!

Marshall Dry goods sent me the wrong pannel and when I called them, they sent the right one out right away no questions asked, so they are good too. Crappy customer service is a good way to not have return customers.
