    Do you cut them apart at the seams first so that you are able to work with flat pieces?

    Thanks for posting this! I did it almost just like it. It is amazing how many squares I got from a long sleeve dress shirt! I have started putting it together now and it looks really good!

    The colors go together very well. It will be a pretty quilt.

    After you cut them apart at the seams, starch them. Starch makes lots of unruly fabrics behave.
