CUTTING MACHINES
#13
Sometimes having the right tool makes all the difference. I have a Studio, but it was purchased for very specific cuts that annoy me no end and are difficult to cut accurately by hand. Or at least by me. So for me the purchase was worth it. I checked out other sizes and brands but I was able to order custom dies from Accuquilt so I went with them.

Thanks! I didn't know that about Ellison. But I have to say that I've been terrifically pleased with the way Accuquilt handled my custom die order. OTOH I don't plan on having that many made, so it might be a while, if ever, before I need another. :-))

I have the Go. I really like it. Makes cutting so much easier and so quick! Yes, you do have to replace the mats but you have to replace the blades on the regular rotary cutters too and here lately mine have been cutting me up! LOL Good luck on deciding. If you are a facebook person you can "friend" accuquilt and answer the question they ask every Friday for a chance to WIN ONE!! That is how I got my regular size GO! I won it back in Oct!! I WAS SUPER EXCITED!!! Still can't believe I won! :)
Hugs!

Maybe your family members would like to get together and buy them for Christmas, Mother's Day, your birthday, just because they love you.......
