I have the Sizzix Big shot and am wondering if any of the Go dies would work in it.
I do cut fabric on it for applique as well as felt.

I have the accucut...and I love it ..I can cut a quilt in avery short time..I have used the apple core and the tumbler...it saved me so much time ..and the 2 inch squares are wonderful too..I also have the cricuit machine..You have to back your fabric with paper back webbing before cutting...these both fill my needs..I get most of my things from "SHOPPERS RULE " on the net..they have great specials from time to time..

I have the Sizzix and have ordered the AccuQuilt Go and dies. some of the Dies have come in and they seem to be the same size as the Sizzix dies. I plan on checking to see if the Sizzix dies work in the AccuQuilt Go when it comes in. I guess I should see if the AccuQuilt Go dies work in the Sizzix now, shouldn't I?

The Go dies are too wide for the big shot. However, I've seen where people have cut off the edge of the die (it's wood, I think, with a plastic cover) to make it fit. I have the Big Shot too and was going to get the strip die for it but decided to get the Go after all.

I just checked and the Go dies do NOT work with the Big shot. They are just a little too slim. Maybe if you had an extra mat in there they would work.

I don't think so. Someone on the accucutquilters group (on http://groups.yahoo.com )has both and tried it.

This was posted on split coast stampers. Not sure if you have to be a member to see the actual post.

I bought one of the accuquilt dies and sawed off one edge. I needed it for a school project for my sewing students- the multi circles. It works great but it is the smallest die.

My opinion of the Go cutter. DH got it for me, all the dies too. I didn't care for it. I can cut 8 layers of fabric with rotary cutter easy, can't with Go. Can have all the cuts made by the time I have the sub cut pieces ready to go on the die. Had 8 other women in a community sewing group check it out. None were fond of it, and for the same reasons I wasn't. Guess it's all in one's personal opinion.
