    Default Cutting selvage to selvage
    I am making the sashing strips for my quilt and it says to cut 2.5” strips selvage to selvage. Is that the same as cutting WOF or the opposite?

    I think it is the same as cutting WOF.

    Yes, it’s the same unless your fabric has a visible strip and then you have to decide which way you want the stripes to go.
