    Default Dachshund Quilt Pattern

I don't do applique so that is out right off the top. I am looking for a pattern to make a dachshund quilt. I probably will end up just using dachshund fabrics but thought I would throw this out there. Doing Paws and Pins now and so adorable and my grandaughter is so into dachshunds.
    Thanks,
    Evelyn in Spokane Wa

The book "Dare To Be Square" has a dachshund pattern. The one with the blue background is the original, but this page has some variations:

The Eliz Hartman Dogs in Sweaters is adorable. There's also a pp one from a book called Raining Cats and Dogs that's very cute but may be out of print. I also have several others. Some may not be in print anymore but may be available on Etsy or eBay.

There's one by Sharon Malee's Picture Quilts of a red dachshund
Maggie Walker's "Summer's End: also a red dachshund
Silver Lining's Canine Corner Dachshund Longhair of a black and tan and Dachshund of a black and tan smooth
    Lavendar Rabbit's "Hot Diggity Dog"
Daisy Chain Designs "Perfect Pooches" has a very cute red dachs
Meme's Quilts has one called "Wiener Dog Wonderland" that I bought a Quilt Fest last year
BJ Designs and Patterns has a collage style dachshund called "Dagwood"
and Su Sun Designs has a Christmas pattern called "Yule Dogs" that has dachshunds in various holiday garb.

I think I might have another one or two but I couldn't find them.

Yes, I'm a bit obsessed with dachshunds

I made the Elizabeth Hartman pattern for my son's girlfriend. I was happy to find that it was all pieced and not applique since I don't like applique. Wish I had taken a picture of it. I'll have to ask her for one. I backed it with fabric called "Sweater Dachshunds" by Timeless Treasures that I found on fabric.com and used a picture of her and her little dachshund on the label.

This one looks fun and no appliqué! I hope you find what you're looking for.
