Looks like a Kansas Trouble print to me.

I looked up Kansas Trouble and its VERY similar but not quite I don't think. Here is a upclose picture of it that I had posted in the Boom 13 swap when I sent it out for people to make blocks for me...Its navy blue background. THANK YOU all so much for your help!!

I think that is the same fabric I used for a quilt in the early 90's. I think I got it at Hancock's. I may still have a small amount.

Can you post a close up picture?
    How much do you need?

That looks like a print I inherited in my Mother's stash. She quilted a lot in the 1990's.

This isn't a great picture but it shows the fabric I think you are looking for.

This quilt was a long time in the making and I went back like a year later and bought more of the navy (mine had pink flowers instead of red). The first stuff I bought didn't bleed at all but the second batch that I used in the flange and binding did. I was so disappointed after all the work that went into this quilt. But I still use the quilt anyway and over the years the bleeding has faded so you can only notice it in a few places. I sure hope your fabric isn't the same.
Have you ever used RETAYNE so that your fabrics won't bleed? I prewash my cotton fabrics with this product and have been fortunate/lucky, I guess. All of my quilts leave my hands and I would feel badly if I found out that the quilt fabric bled when they laundered it. Just my opinion.
