I just found an awesome list for dating our old White machines. I'm happy to know that my White VSIIb is 118 years old. Hopefully, this will help someone else.

    Nice link!
I have one from 1941 that I got in a beautiful cabinet with drawers stuffed with things.
The motor is loud so I need to check it over but for 15.00 it was well worth it!

Wish you could find a site on my "New Home D" Treadle machine. Billy found the manufactured date but I have no information on any thing else. :-(

    Hi,
Check with Katie Farmer at the site listed above. She belongs to the TreadleOn group. Katie is the White expert but someone else was collecting info on the New Homes. I just don't remember who it was but I suspect Katie will remember. Good luck.

I'll be doing that too!! I'm refurbing my MIL's New Home and have little else than the manufacture date. This board never ceases to amaze me!

Darlin' I'm always up for a good laugh!! One time, I asked my sister if she ever watched horses jumping out her window. From her house, you could see horses jumping... Yep, that's me!

I just got a white treadle in a mission cabinet, but it is missing the support bar for foot peddle and the hinge pins. Where can I find them? Thanks for any help.
