    Never thought that I would be interested in doing a bargello, but

    I've been following along and want to thank you for sharing your process. I have not made a Bargello, but by watching you go step by step I have now added it to my ever expanding list.

    I love red and I agree with others that the binding should be a darker red.

    wow! Gorgeous 1/2 a quilt. I'd go with one of the darker red colors. It's a red bargello, how can there be to much red? :)

    Thanks for letting us follow your progress!

    You've got one stunning quilt in the works. And it's going to be better and better with each row.

    For binding, frame it up and keep it simple using fabric in the quilt. Anything else will look like a mismatch. I'd go with the darkest of your fabric, which on my monitor looked like a black-red.
