    Gorgeous, the finished quilt will be gorgeous too. I think black might be a good choice.

    I agree, one of the deeper reds for a border but I wouldn't make it too wide. Just enough to frame it nicely...

    That is beautiful! I believe I would go with one of the darker reds for a binding. Introducing another color would not work for me. Lovely!!

    This is an incredible journey you are on and you are taking us with you. The quilt will be beautiful - already is. Red - at first I thought it would be too much but it is perfect.
