modify the search feature on this board? At this time, you are able to search the "whole" board. What I am seeking is a way to limit the search within a subsection/subject/topic within the board.

How nice it would be to be able to search only within the 1760 pages of subject "Vintage Sewing Machines..." when I am seeking a part or repairman for my FW, etc.

you can do just that by using the Advanced part of search. The different topics are on the drop down menu. and i always check the box to make the newest first

That's nice to know. However it only seems to narrow the search down one level from "whole board" to "main", for example.

I want to dig this way whole board>main>vintage sewing machine set a spell (or other topic)>insert search phrase here.
