    I can't watch the videos on the software. Am I missing anything interesting?

    Let's see if that's my problem...
    Probably not. My eyes are bad today. I can't read the error code. I'll try again tomorrow. Or, have someone else look at it.

    Maybe if no one here can help you to view them, you can send EQ an email, they are quick to reply on the next business day. Or check out the FAQ section on their website.
