    Thanks, Meyert! It took me a while to come up with it - it had to be the perfect poem to describe what my mom would say to us. Glad it’s meant so much that you’ve used it on your quilts, too!

    The poem from Little House on the Prairie was actually written by Michael Landon for Patricia Neal. It was read again at Mr. Landon's funeral by Melissa Gilbert. Here it is:

    Remember Me

    Remember me with smiles and laughter, For that's the way I'll remember you all.
    If you can only remember me with tears, Then don't remember me at all. ~ Michael Landon.
