    If you can't remove it, hide it. Get some washable fabric paint, and outline the ribbons? That is why they call little errors "design decisions" lol. IMHO gold would look nice with your colors....

    What kind of glue did you use? School glue will melt away with plain water. Sounds like you used something else - but there are some good suggestions here. You've done a marvelous job on your runner.

    I'm not quite finished with my version of this table runner. I made mine long enough for my table with all the leaves in it - 8 feet long - so the quilting will take some time LOL. At the moment, I have the top done, except for the ornaments which I plan to do with a John Deer embroidery. Because of your experience, I think I'll SEW the ribbons on mine! My new sewing room is still upside down from our move, so it may not be finished for THIS Christmas.

    You could always paint some more glue on the ribbons and sprinkle glitter on them.
