MSQ has a quick easy cathedral windows. I made a table runner for a Christmas gift. worked up nice and easy. I did use a larger center square though for easier coverage.
I want to make the quilt for a guy so do not want to do a rag quilt. I am going to give my pattern a try and see how a couple blocks go. Will keep you posted.
I made a couple "weighted blankets" with this pattern. Added extra denim to center blocks for added weight. They were well received, and bringing comfort to some special people.
