    on the last link, not sure if you would need to use the pvc adhesive--especially if you wanted to be able to take apart.

    I'm in the camp that used 2 4x8 foot insulation board. DSIL built a frame on the back using 1"x2"x8' strips of wood, I covered it with Warm and Natural. It is screwed into the wall through the wood strips. It has lasted 16 years and still works great -- in spite of being moved and stored for months.
