Default Did anyone see the quilt on the wall on the show The Firm?

The Firm is a new show that is on Thursday night on NBC. In the last 1/2 hour they had a scene in an office "conference room" that had a beautiful quilt hanging on the wall. It looked like it was string pieced with black accent. Almost looked like a pineapple but could not tell for sure as it was not close enough to tell exactly. My husband, who is not that into quilts, thought it was really nice and has mentioned it a few times. Anyway, would like to know if anyone else saw it and if they know the pattern. Also if it is possible to get a pattern.

Thank you in advance for any help. If anyone knows the answer, it will come from here. You guys are the "All Knowing Wizards of Quilting Oz"!! (too silly?)

I just "Googled" 'The Firm' and you can watch episodes that have been shown. If you could identify the specific show let everyone know which one to watch, someone might be able to help you determine the quilt pattern.

Thanks. I was going to watch it tomorrow. The show was on last night. Think it was #5. Hope to find out or figure out the pattern. Can't stop thinking about it.

Try PVR'ing it and then you can either re watch the scene as often as necessary or stop motion while you draw out the pattern. Some systems also have a 'zoom' feature that might help.

Did anyone ever figure out the quilt on the firm. Would love to have a picture. Tried to get one off the video but could not. Called NBC they would not help.

That doesn't look like a quilt to me. Are you sure it isn't just an art print on the wall?

I don't know what the pattern is, if it is a quilt and not a piece of artwork, but it sure is lovely. Great find. I'll have to keep tabs to see if anyone finds out what exactly it is and if there's a pattern for it.

I agree - it is a Kaleidoscope. Here is a free pattern, just make sure every other section of the unit is black, and you should be able to replicate it fairly easily.
