    I suppose you are questioning the flowered fabric because the other prints are more geometric and modern. I love modern quilts and geometric patterns, and I think your quilt is absolutely beautiful. You may not have chosen that fabric if you had noticed the flowers, but I think it works wonderfully well with the others. Sometimes the color/texture is more important than the pattern. Don't worry about it a second longer. It's a great-looking quilt.

    Nope! The value is just right for this quilt, and the flowers are so subtle that they don't show at a distance. Even if they were more obvious, they are linear and in keeping with the feel of the quilt. Also, the variety that you get from mixing florals and geometrics, especially of different scales adds interest to the overall design. Oh, and I'm a guy, we like flowers just fine LOL!

    It's a beautiful quilt.

    The dark gray reads like a solid in my opinion. I think it looks great.
