What time did you go? There weren't more than 100 shoppers total by 10 a.m. at my store! Of course, everybody else had to go to the other side of the cutting table, because I had 4 cartsful!
It was about 8am. I had to get out early and back home so DH could go to work... main reason why I couldn't stand in line...
Had already been to Walmart, Toys 'r Us, and Target... :-D
YOU SHOULD have gone to Joann's first!!
I know... but for some reason my guilty conscience says... "get the kids' stuff first"
    NOW DEB...
    repeat after me...
    FABRIC always comes first...

ROFLMBO!!!!!! I'll do better next time... I promise!!!

I had a great time too. We chatted with lots of other people waiting. There were just a couple of crabby people that you could tell didn't really want to be there. My MIL and I spent $150 and saved $227.

Isn't it absolutely great when you wait long periods of time and people are generally not CRABBY.
I have been very fortunate when I have done the wait in lines for Black Friday.
Always friendly people to talk with and before you know it the time has gone so fast. Sometimes you learn incredible things from those you spend a short amount of time with.

    Patti,
I'm going to be dumping it all into storage locker tomorrow if no rain.
    No room for it here.
I make quilts for the abuse shelters and foster children so need lots of fabric...but not in house all at one time.
