Not this year. I used what I had. I got some from my DH though. He always gets me fat quarters for my stocking. He's such a sweety!!!

Didn't buy any. I was hoping to get some on sale after Christmas, but my LQS didn't have many at all! :(

I bought two pieces and the rest came frrom my stash. Two and a half yards of the fabrics I bought, and still have one yard to add to my stash.

Lori, thank you for your kind words! Hoffman always does a great job on the Christmas fabrics. And if you like those... be watching for Kaufman's "Holiday Flourish" line (coming in May or thereabouts). They are really starting to give Hoffman a run for their money. Traditional motifs, traditional colors too, and they have the gold metallic accents too.

I already placed my orders with Kaufman for those... because after January 1st they are raising their prices for anything with metallic in it by 45 cents / yard. Ouch!

Did both. A lady passed away and donated all her fabric to
Habitat and I got quite a bit of the fabric, icluding
a lot of Christmas material and I used most of it for my projects

I did a bit of both. I can never resist buying XMas Charm packs off EBay from a favorite little quilting fabric shop and buying FQ bundles at Joann's. I needed really vibrant base fabrics for the umpteen stockings I made so most of that fabric came from what I got at Joann's except for the linings. The charms and other fabrics from my stash went into other gift creations and a quick fix tree skirt I made for this little potted XMas tree I adopted. Pathetic I know, but I named him (yes it's a him) - "TREE" (how original, LMAO). I can't help it, LOL - I get attached to cute things.

Explosive blessings, abundance and inspiration to you all!

I made a Santa Bow Tucks purse this year. It was the only thing that I made with Christmas fabric. It sure turned out cute!
