....Things just stop working like they are suppose too? I'll tell you why, Operator error! I spent hours today working on a sewing machine, did every routine maintenance you could think of and still the flimflam thang wouldn't run correctly. Skipped stitches, broken threads, birds nests, wobbly feathers, vibrating like a weed eater full blast. So I turn to the internet for help, googling, searching, reading..well it says here that my machine could possibly be unlevel on the frame...hmmm. Get my level, knowing that this would fix the problem. Its now 5pm, DH is home and wondering what I'm up to now as I carry his level out of the garage. Turns out that the frame is solid as can be perfectly level. I want to beat this machine, just take it out back and run over it with the tractor. So defeated I lean over on my table opposite of this beast looking at her when what do I notice, the carriage isn't level! Somehow its jumped off track. My whole day was knocked off track by my machine being knocked off track. She's purring like a kitten again........at least till morning.

I had "a problem" with my older Viking. It was skipping stitches and I couldn't figure it out (of course I was in the middle of making my dress for my daughters wed), then months later after using my other machine....I said to myself...Geez, the last time that happen I just had to change the needle. DUH, We all do it

LOL, I am not laughing at you, I am laughing with you because it sounds like something I would do. Not laughing at the time but I can look back and laugh now.

    Happy Sewing!
