There are several around I guess it depends on your area. I have had excellent results with one of the natural pills. I don't know if I can give the name or not but if interested PM me and I'll be glad to share the info.

Smaller portions, not much "white stuff" and a lot of dancing :-)
Seriously, I hate exercise. I need physical jobs that work me out. So when there isn't enough to do outside then I dance. In my kitchen. Alone.
DH doesn't dance. Sometimes wonder how I kept him 30+ years!

I take my health relatively seriously. I eat pretty much what I want to. Yes, I've added some poundage over the years, nothing to be concerned about. I figure at my age there are more important things to me than "looking like I did in my 20's or 30's". I see it as the pressure is OFF! I'm 44 and I'm not expected to look like a 20 year old in my bikini. :-)
