    Dolphyngrl - how did you make a Bargello in sections? That sounds a whole lot easier if you used shorter strips than those at 42" long. Is that what you did? I'm concerned that sewing those long strips would be difficult to make them perfectly - in other words, how to keep them from getting wonky.

    You keep them from getting wonky by sewing a different direction on every other strip. It isn't as hard as it seems. You go through your strips, sewing two together and then two more together and so on. Then you sew the pairs of strips together from the opposite direction. I've not had a wonky thing yet.
