    I have another way of doing corners: fold one seam allowance in, toward work. Then fold the other one on top of that. Keep them folded when you're turning right side out and press. It gives a sharp corner and is a tailoring method I used to use with great success.

    aggie..."facing" a quilt is when you put a binding on that pulls to the back, rather than is sewn all along the edge.

    Here is the side of my quilt...no binding fabric.....
