    I do this too but I poke a small hole in the lid so I can just push them through the hole. They don't fall out and I don't risk spilling them everywhere opening the cap each time. (You see...I'm a clutz)

    This is what I do also. Or, I wrap then in a peice of news paper, and stickytape it together if I cant find the duct tape.

    Costco will take care of your old needles, as well as your empty prescription bottles! No need to remove your Rx info, they're just all shredded up!
