    Keep the sparkles; they "go".

I think it's absolutely gorgeous and I think it matches just beautiful.I usually don't like those softer colors, but that will be a perfect blend. I think the sparkles will give it some pizzaz !!!

I find that the "frost" will soften, as will the feel of the fabric, once it's been washed a few times. I wouldn't prewash it, unless the fabric in the plates was also prewashed.

The butterfly fabric is perfect...When you quilt it, use a 40 wt poly thread with some sheen. A bright white or baby colors pastel varigated would be really pretty.

Do they make this fabric without the sparkles - I really dont like the texture of this fabric.

If not I am open to suggestions for this dresdan.

    Thanks cheryl

Ooooohhhh, that is sooo pretty with the sparkly butterfly in the center of your dresden! I relly like it!

The sparkly fabrics are a different texture, but they are really pretty.

If you can't find a circle the right size, try using a biscuit cutter, or cookie cutter. They might be the size you need. I have that butterfly fabric and love it. I personally think it goes great with your dresden fabrics and think it will make the rest of the fab. pop.Where did you find the rest of your fab you used for the dresden? What line is it?
