I have only done 2 swaps...the block swaps...
But, I have learned so much from this board and the members and have truly enjoyed my time here.
It is a place for everyone, for everything related to quilting and life!
Everyone here is very caring and generous and supportive.
I think you should just jump in and have fun!!!
That's what it's all about.

I know partners were assigned, but I would say that I can speak for the crowd: we'd be honored to get a quilt from a novice, as much as an experienced sewer. We all know what it takes, start to finish, and I think we can all appreciate what each of us brings to the table (or the quilt!).
I'd be honored to be your partner....

Glad you signed up! I just love the swaps....I'm a fairly newbie quilter myself and I just have fun with them. Its such a hoot to get something in your mailbox from no telling where and know that one of your friends on here made it...especially for you! How cool is that?
