    Default Do you do this?

When I am having a bad day with a quilt and am feeling a little discouraged I come on this board and read the comments others have made about the quilts I have posted. I haven't put in pictures lately because I haven't bothered to learn how to resize on my new computer and its new program, new to me anyway.

I hope you can figure out how to resize your pictures, I would love to see them. I too come here for inspiration as well as information. I also enjoy the wonderful resources shared. My favorite place especially first thing in the morning.

I just right click on my picture and pick resize. Go to 20%
Took me awhile to figure it out.

I have come here quite a bit to redirect my thinking from garbage to productivity. Amazing how reading a few posts can regroup and refocus me to what I need to do.

What OS are you using? Windows 7 is not hard to figure out if you have Microsoft Office. Macs are the easiest I believe you can right click on the photo and make it smaller. In windows right click on the photo, then click on open with, then open the photo in microsoft office. Pick edit pictures. Pick Compress pictures. I use web size for my photos. I then save as the name and add web to the name. Then when I look for the photo it is easier to find! Let me know if you need more help! Luann in CT

Go to the help section and print how to resize pictures, it is on the Home page. Then follow Patricej's intructions, play around until you figure it out.

I go back and read my comments, too. Seems to lift the spirits and encourage me to get going when I'm in a slump.
