Yes! Yes! Yes! I love all my charity quilts and I want to keep everyone of them! I have to quickly send them off before I change my mind too. Also, there are three quilts in the back of my husband's truck that he refuses to part with. I asked him about them and he just said those were HIS truck quilts for our long rides!

I made a quilt for my sister. She used it throughout her struggles with multiple illnesses. Her husband, bless his soul for taking care of her, has offered it back to me. I will forever treasure it and the memories it holds.

I have a quilt ready for the long arm that I made for my DH - he keeps asking when I'm going to finish it. I love how it turned out and and it would look so nice with the quilts I have displayed on the quilt ladder - really don't want to see it used - is that bad of me?

ALL THE TIME! But I always bite the bullet and give the item away - there are only so many quilts, table runners, etc. that I need, and I do like seeing the enjoyment the recipient gets out of the item. Usually, when I finish a gift quilt I run it through the washer and drier to give it that wrinkled look and to make sure it is going to hold up. If it is a lap quilt, I then snuggle with it a little. Quality control, you know. And then I give it away, and I haven't regretted it yet.
