my kids always know when I have been in the sewing room....stray threads on my clothes, shoes, hair.....doesn't bother me at home, but when I find them when I am on the go....rather embarassing

I'm usually finding stray threads when I prewash fabrics with a load of laundry. Trying to just do them with towels or sheets.;-)

Of course I do, and Sunday morning during the church service, I noticed a thread on my husband's trouser leg, he must have brushed against my sewing table in the den. piecefully, the old one

I usually use a utility (bib) apron when I'm using the longarm for the pockets. The pockets are great for threads, scissors, ets. This keeps some of the threads off my clothes but not near all of them.

Yes, I find "quilt poop" on me all the time! Helps to wear an old tricot nightgown over your clothes.

Yep here too. Course, I also have dog hair LOL. I should check before leaving the house, but I usually find it after I've gotten to work. I love both my fabric and by dog so I don't sweat the small stuff and if someone is offended too bad LOL

Yes...yes I do... lol The other day I came in the back door having been outside with my little Jack Russel "Bitsi Boo." I noticed she had something stuck to her little butt... it was a gob of thread all bunched up and stuck to her like it was velcro'd... I cracked up seeing this, so not only do I have to pick it off of me but my little dog too...
