Do you have a name for your sewing room?

I know others name their sewing machines but it just occurred to me when I got an email from a friend, that maybe others have named their sewing rooms. She calls hers "The Dungeon". Not really appropriate as, even though it's in the basement, it's a daylight basement with lots of light. Mine is referred to as "The Fortress of Solitude". Not that I don't let anyone in there, just my place to go, like Superman, when I need to reboot.

mine has migrated over the years, and it takes its name from whatever room it's in at the time. right now, it's split, with fabric on main floor, so it's the "blue room". the artstuff and crafty things are upstairs in the lavender room. kits and leftover batting are in the brown room. life is better when it's color coded. in my head, it's all the black hole...

Mine is called "The Machine Shop". For 13 obvious reasons. All of which my husband reminds me of constantly. But, that's okay with me. I just tell him sweetly, that one more golf club, added to the 233 others, will NOT improve his score any. Hee, hee …..
