I tie mine together and donate to our local library book sale. They can get much more if there's an entire year tied together.

Most don't even sell - check out "completed listings" - even though a very few do.

Does your community have an online "Freecycle" program?
Pretty great concept - you can give things away, If you see things you want you can respond and maybe get them - all free! You must give to be able to recieve though...

You might even ask a quilt shop if they would put them out for people to take and enjoy. They are treasures.

Give them to the library. Patrons often ask me if we have any sewing or quilting magazines, books or old patterns at our book sales. This helps us keep our libraries open.

Our quilt guild meets at the Senior Center and we love when our members bring in their old/used/not needed anymore magazines.

You have all made some really great suggestions...but these particular magazines are coming to live at my house...all 13 years, 160 issues, 40 pounds of them! :D Gonna brighten up my winter substantially!!

Oh...don't throw them out! Give to a local quilt guild or quilt show. One of my favorite places at a quilt show is the guild vending...often magazines there for pennies!
