    The pattern is called "picking petals" and it is by carried away quilting co.

    Thanks. I too love the pattern. Will make beautiful spring pillows. Is charm pack friendly - good way to use those charm packs that I fall in love with, buy and then don’t know what to do with.

    Wouldn't that work with a fussy cut center instead of the 16 patch. I can see lots of great possibilities. Thank you.

    I love the block as well. I've been playing around with it and came to the conclusion that a quilt using it needs sashing, otherwise it is too busy. Here's a 2x2 layout using sashing:

    I agree it would make a great pillow pattern and also set that way would need sashing. I have to wonder what it would look like on point though -- probably still need a background sashing!
