I love quilts made with this look, and placemats and curtains as well - very soft, reminds me of a nicely done beach house.
The furniture, though, scraped off paint and stuff like that, no thanks. A little goes a long way, as another chatter stated, but a little of this furniture style is NO WAY with me.

It's a rather large grouping of damasks, floral stripes, simpler stripes, florals in several scales from tiny to large, and "solids".
White backgrounds, and then pink/green/blue/lavender florals/stripes/damasks.
I got a chance to see the sample cloth and it was wonderfully smooth and silky feeling.

Here are the pictures from the sample card the rep brought around. Sorry the quality of the photos is not so good. The background color of the fabric is milk white and the colors are pale pink, blue, lavender and a soft green which doesn't lean either toward yellow or blue.
Aren't they lovely? It's so hard to choose among them. You could stick with just one color (pink, lavender or blue)... but the blue and lavender larger cabbage rose florals introduce a second color. The pink floral brings in a bit of the lavender AND the blue. Or you can not worry about the colors at all and just mix 'em all up together.
Decisions, decisions...
