I don't quilt on Sundays. I save the day to go to church, and spend it with my family. It is often a day for us to visit my in-laws.

I quilt everyday, it's my therapy!

I need therapy most on Sundays.

Don't usaually My Grandma told me if you sew on Sunday, you'll pick it out with your nose on judgement day. Don't know where she came up with it, but she told me that a long time go and I've always remembered it. Therefore I don't sew on Sunday!!

My grandmother thought it was awful that my mom let me sew on Sunday's since you aren't supposed to work then. Mom said it wasn't work to me and was a lot better thaqn gossiping. (55 yrs ago.)

I agree, if you don't consider quilting to be 'work' but a joy instead ... then celebrate it and quilt on Sunday.

My Grandma never sewed or quilted on Sunday. She always said "what you sew on Sunday, you'll have to sew again on Monday". However, that has never stopped me from sewing or quilting on any day of the week :)

I was always told that too, but I do sometimes. It is to be a day
of rest but I think it helps me to relax although I don't have much
    time to quilt on Sundays.
